Delivery Guidelines

1. Order & Contact

• Place order via order form: https://vinyl-manufaktur.de/order-form/
• Alternatively: Written order with all technical specifications

2. Delivery Deadline & Address

• Delivery required at least 5 days before scheduled production start
• Shipping address:
  Vinyl Manufaktur, In den Waldäckern 4, 75417 Mühlacker, GERMANY
• Goods must be marked with production number/job number

3. Vinyl Material & Specifications

• Weight: 140g recommended
• Standard colors: Ultra Clear or Ultra Clear Marbled
  Black and colored vinyl available upon request (may reduce the visual effect of the filling)
• Possible combinations: One side Ultra Clear, other side colored vinyl / Splatter Vinyl, etc.

4. Labels & Printing

• Vinyl must be labeled on both sides
• Minimum 14mm distance required between label and last groove (excluding run-out groove)
• For smaller distances: Test pressing needed to verify feasibility

5. Pressing & Inserts

• Two-sided pressing: Standard if no inserts are included
• One-sided pressing: Required when chips, glitter or other inserts are included (prevents blurry effect)
  Inserts (e.g., chips) may not exceed 1.1mm in height
• Always single-sided pressing for sand-filled and glitter-filled records.
• Warped records not exceed 3.0mm

6. Packaging & Returns

• Deliver vinyl without covers (in padded inner sleeves only)
• Material ratio 2:1 + 10% required
  Example: For 100 liquids, 200 + 20 = 220 vinyl records are needed
• Unused material: Customer receives return or may leave with VM for testing purposes. If left with VM: Records will be scratched to prevent misuse

7. Quality Control & Samples

• Quality inspection by customer before delivery to VM must be performed
• Spot checks by VM are reserved
• Provide retention samples:
  Under 500 units: min. 2 retention samples
  From 500 units: min. 5 retention samples
  Samples should include cover, etc.
